Pens for Breakfast

It’s Friday! It’s been a bit of  a quiet week around here, although we’re starting to get into the back-to-school spirit.

Just a reminder that this weekend is our first Vintage Pen Market! It’s going to be casual and small, and I hope you can all make it out to say hello. Please bring cash! Not only is this a good way to make sure you stick to your budget (haha!), and it’s also good for these vendors who won’t have to pay transaction fees, but it’s also because we’ve got a few vendors, and I’m not sure our wireless is going to be so robust as to handle all the card transactions all at once. Vendors should be able to take cards, but just in case 😉

And because it’s Friday, just for fun, I took some pictures while Caleb was eating breakfast. I know a lot of you match pens & inks, so I couldn’t resist some more matching. Can you name all the pens??

I tried to ID as many as I could, and without looking any up, this is what I think they are:

    1. Don’t recall. (Great start!)
    2. Edison?
    3. Pilot Prera
    4. Jinhao 188
    5. Lamy Safari?
    6. Kaweco Sport (Black – aluminum or the brown special edition one)
    7. Lamy Safari?
    8. Another Edison
    9. Kaweco Sport
    10. Pilot 78g
    11. Kaweco Liliput
    12. TWSBI classic
    13. Lamy ABC
    14. Preppies, I think.

      1. Platinum Plaisir! One of my favourite pens, I have one in gold and one in blue 🙂
      2. Noodler’s Neponset (just sold this last one…)
      5. Yup – Lamy Vista (Safari in clear)

Good job! 🙂 Maybe you should do one of your own, with your pen collection 😉

What an awesome, original post! I only recognize the yellow Jinhao, red Pilot 78g and the white Lamy Safari because I’ve bought those three pens from you. 🙂
